style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La AFIP public\u00f3 las escalas y los m\u00ednimos no imponibles del Impuesto a los Bienes Personales para el per\u00edodo 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed las cosas, los valores para el 2022 quedar\u00e1n de la siguiente manera:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los inmuebles utilizados como casa habitaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1n exentos del impuesto cuando su valor sea inferior a: <\/span><b>$ 56.410.705,41.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El M\u00ednimo No Imponible para el per\u00edodo 2022 se sit\u00faa en: <\/span><b>$ 11.282.141,08<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De superarse los\u00a0<\/span><b>$11.282.141,08<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el excedente quedar\u00e1
